Establishment of an induced pluripotent stem cell line DHMi005-A from a healthy male proband.
Abstract:
We generated an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line from a healthy male 29-year-old proband. Adipose fibroblasts (AFs) were reprogrammed using Sendai virus. Generated iPSCs showed typical stem cell morphology. From passage 9 on, iPSCs were free of virus. Pluripotency in the iPSCs was verified and spontaneous differentiation showed expression of all three germ layers. Karyotyping indicated no anomalies for the generated iPSCs.
