- Abstract:
- Im Rahmen der ISAR (“rISk strAtification in end stage Renal disease”) Studie wurde die Assoziation der EKG-LVH-Parameter Sokolow-Lyon, Cornell und Peguero-Lo Presti Index mit der kardiovaskulären Mortalität und Gesamtmortalität bei 308 Hämodialysepatienten untersucht. Sowohl der Cornell als auch der Peguero-Lo Presti Index, nicht aber der Sokolow-Lyon Index, waren auch nach Adjustierung auf verschiedene Risikomodelle signifikant mit der kardiovaskulären Mortalität assoziiert.

- As part of the ISAR (rISk strAtification in end stage Renal disease) study the association of the ECG-LVH criteria Sokolow-Lyon, Cornell and Peguero-Lo Presti Index with cardiovascular and all-cause mortality in 308 hemodialysis patients was investigated. Both the Cornell and Peguero-Lo Presti Index, but not the Sokolow-Lyon Index, were significantly associated with cardiovascular mortality even after adjustement for different risk models.
