The cooling rates during the PBF-LB/M process were measured using a high-speed thermographic camera (Flir xc6901sc). The raw thermographic data were corrected for the solidification temperature by identifying the solidification discontinuity. The cooling cycle data were extracted and an analytical temperature model was fitted to the data to evaluate the cooling rate at the solidification temperature.
Beschreibung:
The dataset consists of two folders and three individual files. The two folders contain the raw thermographic data for several layers of two build jobs. Each subfolder of the build jobs holds a video, the raw data, and a metadata file of one layer. The three individual files contain the results of HV 1 hardness measurements of the manufactured specimens and the evaluation results of the thermographic data.
