This data set contains measurement data and thermal runaway propagation simulation models for an NMC-811 and LFP cell stack. For further specifications of the cells, experimental setup, and simulation model, please refer to the linked article. The measurements provide data on cell voltages and temperatures in NMC-811 cell stacks with aerogel intermediate materials in the thicknesses of 2 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm. Method of data assessment:
Please refer to the linked article for instructions on the individual experimental setup and simulation model. The measurement data is provided as .csv files, and the model files as .mph files. The model files require COMSOL Multiphysics software version 6.3 or later.
