Two industrial polycarboxylate superplasticizer samples have been selected to be used within the Priority Program 2005 of the German Research Foundation (DFG SPP 2005). The PCE polymers were characterized via Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) to determine their molar masses (Mw, Mn), the polydispersity index (PDI) and the conversion rate which indicates the incorporation of the macromonomer into the polymer.
