- Abstract:
- This dissertation presents three studies that examine entrepreneurial teams and how they drive the development of their ventures. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, the dissertation explores pivoting in entrepreneurial teams, how a founder’s equity stake affects their identification with the team, and how entrepreneurial teams’ use of humor helps them to cope with environmental challenges. The dissertation contributes to entrepreneurship research and management literature.

- Diese Dissertation behandelt wie Gründungsteams die Entwicklung ihrer Unternehmen beeinflussen. Mit Hilfe qualitativer und quantitativer Methoden untersucht die Dissertation wie Gründungsteams ihre Gründungsidee ändern, wie der Anteil eines Gründenden am Unternehmen die Identifikation mit dem Team beeinflusst und wie die Verwendung von Humor dem Gründungsteam dabei hilft die Herausforderungen der Umwelt zu bewältigen. Die Dissertation trägt zur Entrepreneurship- und Management-Literatur bei.
