This thesis characterizes Customer Order Behaviors (COBs) in the semiconductor industry. Two-dimensional heat maps are utilized with synthetic data being used to train a convolutional neural network. By incorporating financial and market-related data, the research aims to optimize COB analysis. The thesis then integrates COB analysis into a linear optimization algorithm to improve stability and reduce variability in times of demand exceeding supply. Additionally, it enhances Vendor-Managed Inventory systems, leveraging advanced analytics methods.
