Abstract:
Translated abstract:
Imaging Flow Cytometry can successfully be applied for rare event detection and imaging for Interleukin 10 (IL-10) and FoxP3-positive regulatory B cells (Bregs). FoxP3 was only found in a small subgroup of IL-10+Bregs, indicating that IL-10 might not be the only anti-inflammatory mechanism for FoxP3+Bregs and IL-10 secretion might not be regulated only by FoxP3. However, data suggest the overarching role of Breg in homeostasis of the immune system.
