- Abstract:
- Diese Studie untersuchte 61 Patienten klinisch und radiologisch mit einem Follow-up von 47,1 Monaten nach der Implantation einer Inversen Schulterprothese nach. Abhängig von ihrer sportlichen Aktivität, wurden die Patienten in zwei Gruppen eingeteilt. Das klinische Ergebnis in der Gruppe Aktiv war signifikant besser. Bis auf signifikant mehr inkomplette radiolucent lines in der Gruppe Aktiv, unterschieden sich die Gruppen radiologisch nicht signifikant. Die Return-to-sport-Rate lag bei 78,0%.

- This study screened 61 patients clinically and radiologically with a follow-up of 47.1 months after implantation of a reverse total shoulder arthroplasty. Depending on their sportive activity, patients were divided into two groups. The clinical outcome in the athletic group was significantly better. Except for significantly more incomplete radiolucent lines in the athletic group, radiological findings did not differ significantly within the groups. The return-to-sport rate was 78.0%.
