Abstract:
Bauprojekte sind durch komplexe Abläufe, gegenseitige Abhängigkeiten und große zeitliche Schwankungen gekennzeichnet, was eine zuverlässige Planung erschwert. In dieser Dissertation wird ein Modell entwickelt, mit dem sich die tatsächlichen Prozessdauern anhand von aufgezeichneten Maschinendaten automatisch ermitteln und bewerten lassen. Mithilfe statistischer Analysen lassen sich wiederkehrende Prozesse vergleichen und bewerten, was eine Prozessverbesserung im schlanken Bauwesen unterstützt.

Construction projects involve complex processes, interdependencies, and high time variability, making reliable planning difficult. This dissertation develops a model to automatically identify and evaluate actual process durations from recorded machine data. Using structured data storage and statistical analysis, recurring processes can be characterized, compared, and assessed for stability and optimization potential, supporting data-driven process improvement in lean construction.
