- Abstract:
- This dissertation presents NLP methods to process and anonymize German court rulings. It introduces transformer-based models for anonymization (F1: 0.74), metadata extraction (F1: 0.82), segmentation (F1: 0.89), and legal classification (F1: 0.87). A novel SBD system (F1: 0.97) and two working prototypes support practical use. The work bridges legal formats with digital needs and enables future research with annotated datasets and tools.
