Abstract:
In dieser Arbeit erfolgte die Untersuchung der Proteinfamilie von 55 Glutathion Transferasen aus Arabidopsis. Die Studie konnte unter anderem zeigen, dass einzelne Glutathion Transferasen spezifische Diphenylether-Herbizide und natürliche Diphenyletherverbindungen aus Endophyten und Phytopathogenen mit dem Tripeptid Glutathion konjugieren. Die Beteiligung von funktional redundant wirkenden Glutathion Transferasen konnte über Gen-Cluster Deletionen mit der Genschere CRISPR/Cas9 untersucht werden.

In this work, the protein family of 55 glutathione transferases from Arabidopsis were examined in plants and yeast. The study could show among others that single glutathione transferase conjugate diphenyl ether herbicides and natural diphenyl ether compounds from endophytes and phytopathogens. The involvement of redundantly acting glutathione transferases was analyzed by gene cluster deletions using CRISPR/Cas9.
