- Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht die diagnostische Wertigkeit von Computertomographie (CT) und Magnetresonanztomographie (MRT) in der Diagnostik des pädiatrischen Schädel-Hirn-Traumas. In einer retrospektiven Auswertung der Bildgebung von 64 Patienten im Alter von 0-15 Jahren wurden die Vor- und Nachteile der CT und MRT - Diagnostik bei der Darstellung intrakranieller Traumfolgen herausgearbeitet. - This study evaluates the significance of computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnostic work-up of pediatric head trauma.
