Die Arbeit behandelt Methoden für den Entwicklungsprozess medizinischer Simulatoren am Beispiel der Geburtshilfe. Hierzu wird ein Vorgehensmodell zur Erstellung einer Datenbasis eingeführt, welche medizinisches Expertenwissen enthält und technisch nutzbar macht. Außerdem werden Entscheidungsprozesse, die zur Entwicklung anforderungsgerechter Systemarchitektur führen, und Modellierungstechnologien für Biomechanik und Bioregulation beschrieben. Eine neuartige Form der hybriden Modellierung mithilfe von Patterns wird eingeführt, die die Realitätsnähe verbessert und numerische Stabilität im Vergleich zu bekannten Technologien garantiert. Die dargestellte 2-lagige Haptik gewährleistet realitätsnahe haptische Eindrücke für Windows-basierte Simulationen. Eine abschließende didaktische Evaluation unterstreicht den positiven Einfluss der anhand der vorgestellten Methoden entwickelten Simulatoren auf die medizinische Ausbildung.     «

The study presents methods for the development process of medical simulators by the example of obstetrics. Thus, a process model for creating a database is introduced, which contains medical expert knowledge and makes it technically utilisable. Additionally decision-making processes, which lead to the development of a requirement considering system-architecture, and modeling technologies for biomechanics and bioregulation are described. A new form of hybrid modeling using patterns is introduced, which improves realism and guarantees numerical stability compared to known technologies. The presented 2-layer haptics ensures close-to-reality haptic impressions for Windows-based simulations. A concluding didactical evaluation underlines the positive influences of simulators developed on the basis of the presented methods on medical education.     «
