- Eine frühzeitige Therapie-Intensivierung bei schweren Verläufen der akuten Pankreatitis (AP) erfordert verlässliche prognostische Marker. Ziel der Studie war die Evaluation der Prognosestellung durch einzelne Parameter und Scores. Ferner wurde der Langzeit-Verlauf bei idiopathischer AP analysiert. - Early intensification of the treatment in severe acute pancreatitis (AP) requires reliable diagnostic tools. Objective of this study was to evaluate the predictive ability of single parameters and scores. Furthermore the long-term course of idiopathic AP was investigated.
