- 64 Patienten mit Varusgonarthrose und VKB-Insuffizienz wurden nachuntersucht. Gruppe 1 hatte nur eine HTO erhalten, Gruppe 2 hatte die Kombination aus HTO und VKB-Plastik, und Gruppe 3 neben einer HTO und VKB-Plastik noch eine OATS-Plastik erhalten. Die Nachuntersuchung ergab ein hohes Maß an Zufriedenheit. Die Schmerzen und die Instabilität hatten sich meist gebessert. Die klinischen Scores ergaben insgesamt gute Ergebnisse. - 64 patients with symptomatic varus OA and ACL deficiency had been examined.
