- Ziel war es, ein standardisiertes Rattenmodell der chronischen Suspraspinatussehnenruptur zu entwickeln. Anschließend wurden nach Refixation und nach kontinuierlicher Applikation von Wachstumsfaktoren (G-CSF, b-FGF, Kombination) via Osmosepumpen die histologischen Veränderungen evaluiert. Die histologische Sehnenheilung wurde mittels einem modifizierten MOVIN-Score und der Kollagen-I und -III-Gehalt mittels Immunhistologie erfasst.

- The aim was to develop a standardized rat model for chronic rotator cuff tears of the supraspinatus tendon and to evaluate histological changes after refixation under continuous growth factor application (G-CSF, b-FGF, combination) by an osmotic pump in comparison to the native healing process. Tendon healing was evaluated histologically by a modified MOVIN-Score, and collagen I / III content was determined by immunohistology.
