- Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der immunomagnetischen Separation und bioanalytischen Quantifizierung von Mikroorganismen. Mittels Zell-Mikroarrays wurden Affinitätsuntersuchungen an Antikörpern durchgeführt. Magnetische Nanopartikel wurden hergestellt und kovalent an Antikörper gegen Enterobacteriaceae gekoppelt. Zur Quantifizierung immunomagnetisch angereicherter Zellen wurde ein Chemilumineszenz-basierter Sandwich-ELISA entwickelt. Der Test wurde auf das Mikroarray-Format übertragen.

- The topic of this work is the immunomagnetic separation and bioanalytical quantification of microorganisms. Cell microarrays were used for affinity determination of antibodies. Magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized and covalently coupled to antibodies against Enterobacteriaceae. A chemiluminescence-based sandwich ELISA was developed for the quantification of immunomagnetically enriched cells. This assay could be transferred to the microarray format.
