- Abstract:
- The evolution of smart glasses and augmented reality technology holds potential for support of mobile service processes. Yet, little research has focused on the systematic identification and implementation of potential use cases in practice. In this thesis, we have developed frameworks and taxonomies that can guide researchers and practitioners during use case identification. Furthermore, we have implemented several use cases and derived design principles for mobile application development.

- Die Evolution von Datenbrillen und Augmented Reality-Technologien birgt Potenzial zur Unterstützung mobiler Dienstleistungsprozesse. Bislang gibt es jedoch wenig Forschung zur systematischen Identifizierung und Implementierung praktischer Anwendungsfälle. In dieser Arbeit wurden Frameworks und Taxonomien entwickelt, welche die Identifikation von Anwendungsfällen unterstützen. Darüber hinaus haben wir mehrere Anwendungsfälle implementiert und Designprinzipien für Anwendungen abgeleitet.
