- Abstract:
- The Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 are changing our daily lives as well as our working lives. Employees have to be qualified adequately to be able to fulfil their work effectively and efficiently in this changing environment. In this work, a comprehensive competency model for employees in Industry 4.0 is presented. Based on this model, a modular-built curriculum for teaching the adequate competencies is implemented.

- Die Digitale Transformation und Industrie 4.0 verändern das Arbeits- und das Lebensumfeld. Arbeitnehmer müssen über entsprechende Qualifikationen verfügen, um in einer sich verändernden Welt ihre Arbeit effektiv und effizient verrichten zu können. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird ein umfassendes Kompetenzmodell für Arbeitnehmer in Industrie 4.0 präsentiert. Darauf aufbauend wird ein modulares Curriculum zur Vermittlung der geforderten Kompetenzen in der Aus- und Weiterbildung entwickelt.
