Abstract:
In the present study, we investigate the characteristic behavior of two different housing geometries for pressure sensors in supersonic flows. Pressure sensors shielded with conical and flat shrouds are positioned radially along the cross section in a shock tube and intended to measure the stagnation pressure of the post-shock flow.
