- Das in der Arbeit entwickelte Analysemodell ist ein erster Schritt zur systematischen und typologischen Strukturierung des vorgefertigten Bauens mit Holz. Architektonische, funktionale und konstruktive Aspekte werden hinsichtlich projektspezifischer Anforderungen entlang eines Kriterienkataloges bewertet. Damit werden Rückschlüsse auf die resultierende Komplexität in der Planung und Umsetzung und eine gezielte qualitäts-, termin- und kostenorientierte Steuerung im Projektverlauf unterstützt.
- Translated abstract:
- The analysis model developed in this study is a first step towards the systematic and typological structuring of prefabricated timber construction. Architectural, functional and construction aspects are evaluated in relation to project-specific requirements. In this way, conclusions can be drawn about the resulting complexity during the planning and implementation. The goal is to support the exchange of information and knowledge management in interdisciplinary co-operation.
