Abstract:
Im Rahmen der Arbeit wurden neue binäre und ternäre Phosphide mithilfe des Mineralisatorprinzips aus den Elementen synthetisiert und deren Struktur und einige pysikalische Eigenschaften bestimmt. Des Weiteren konnten halbleitende Pniktide strukturell neu beschrieben und weitere pysikalische Eigenschaften untersucht werden. Die in der Arbeit behandelten Pniktide und Polyphosphide zeigen verschiedene Anionenteilstrukturen, die die große strukturelle Vielfalt der Pniktide widerspiegeln.
Translated abstract:
During this thesis new binary and ternary phosphides were synthesized from the elements via mineralization principle. The structure and some physical properties were determined for each phase. In addition, the structures of semiconducting pnictides were reinvestigated and some physical properties were analyzed. The presented pnictides and polyphosphides show different anionic substructures which exhibit the structural diversity of pnictides.
