- Abstract:
- Das Verständnis der qualitätsrelevanten Ursache-Wirkungs-Zusammenhänge ist die Voraussetzung zur wirtschaftlichen Führung fertigungstechnischer Prozessketten. Mit Hilfe der konzipierten Methodik können diese Zusammenhänge in komplexen Prozessketten identifiziert sowie quantifiziert werden und für eine Optimierung der Fertigproduktqualität eingesetzt werden. Im Rahmen der Arbeit wird die Methodik anhand der Prozesskette zur Herstellung von Lithium-Ionen-Zellen angewandt und validiert.
- Translated abstract:
- Knowledge about the cause and effect correlations with impact to the final product quality is essential for operating production chains efficiently. The presented methodology is able to identify and quantify these correlations in complex production chains in a way they can be employed for an optimization of the final product quality. Within the thesis the methodology is applied to lithium-ion cell production.
