Abstract:: Das Ziel der Arbeit ist die Untersuchung von Einführungsprojekten Software-as-a-Service (SaaS-)basierter ERP-Systeme und den damit verbundenen kritischen Erfolgsfaktoren. Anhand einer explorativen Studie wird aufgezeigt, wie sich konventionelle ERP-Implementierungsprojekte von modernen, SaaS-basierten Einführungen unterscheiden. Bislang in der Literatur diskutierte kritische Erfolgsfaktoren werden dabei auf ihre Gültigkeit und Anwendbarkeit überprüft und Unterschiede zu konventionellen Implementierungen werden aufgezeigt. «
