Abstract:
In this paper, experimental characterization and modeling of inhomogeneous materials from RF, mm-Wave to THz frequencies with emphasis on anisotropic materials including Liquid Crystal Polymers (LCP) and patterned silicon substrates using DT mesh are presented.
