Title:
Brune Lumped Element Multiport Modeling of MMMICs
Abstract:
Brune's multiport synthesis algorithm is applied to generate a lumped element equivalent circuit for a passive distributed sub-circuit structure of a monolithic millimeterwave integrated circuit (MMMIC). The sub-circuit contains positive R, L, C circuit elements and ideal transformers only and is characterized by its SPICE net list. It models the circuit parameters with high accuracy in the frequency range from DC to 110 GHz.
