Bei dieser Studie wurden 292 Hüft- und 145 Kniepatienten zur endoprothetischen Versorgung bezüglich prädiktiver Faktoren auf die postoperative Funktion und Lebensqualität hin untersucht. Neben soziodemographischen Daten wurden Daten zu Lebensqualität (EQ-5D), Funktion (WOMAC) sowie Vorerkrankungen erhoben. Die Folgebefragung fand sechs Monate postoperativ statt. Neben wenigen sozialen Faktoren und Vorerkrankungen ist der präoperative WOMAC und EQ-5D der stärkste prädiktive Faktor für die Steigerung der postoperativen Funktion und Lebensqualität.     «

At this study 292 hip and 145 knee replacement patients were examined for the post-operative function and quality of life for predictive factors. Besides socio-demographic data, data according to quality of life (EQ-5D), function (WOMAC) as well as pre-illnesses were collected. The follow-up study took place six months post-operatively. The strongest predictive factor for the increase of the post-operative function and quality of life is for the pre-operative WOMAC and EQ -5D besides few social factors and pre-illnesses.     «
