Diese Arbeit behandelt die Synthese und Charakterisierung der Systeme MxSby, MzTySbz (M = Hf, Zr, Cr; T = Cu, Ni, Pd, Fe) und Hg-Sb-Cu-X (X = Br, I) sowie die Klärung der Tatsache, ob Stickstoff dotiertes ZnO mittels kinetisch kontrollierter Synthesen darstellbar ist. Die Charakterisierung erfolgte anhand von magnetischen, elektrischen und elektrochemischen Messungen. This thesis focus on the synthesis and characterization of the systems MxSby, MzTySbz (M = Hf, Zr, Cr; T = Cu, Ni, Pd, Fe) and Hg-Sb-Cu-X (X = Br, I). Furthermore the feasibility of a kinetically controlled synthesis of N-doped ZnO was investigated. The characterization was of these Sb-systems carried out by means of magnetic, electrical and electrochemical measurements.
