- Translated abstract:
- The information exchange becomes more and more important in order to sustain the qualities in process and products in the meat producing supply chain. The aim of this research is to show the significance of the information reflow with information based on the process of slaughtering regarding data like classification of the meat, veterinary data, results of Salmonella and certifications of quality management system to the pig farmers exemplified by the information platform Qualifood.
