The research project “Integrated Product Policy” has been originated to investigate applicable methodologies to support the sustainable development for small- and middle-size companies. Due to their different situation compared to large enterprises, a more pragmatic methodology has to be provided. Unfortunately literature and industry show lack of methods here. Compared to an ecobalance the onhand methodology is a completely different way. On the one hand the focus is to identify the main criteria of the respective company but on the other hand to support to think about all possibilities of IPP activity. It is a tangibly approach for implementation of sustainable development in all phases of the lifecycle.     «
