Product-service-systems consist of complex structures and dynamics. They are influenced by hardly predictable impact factors and requirements. Thus, PSS pose a challenge to companies. A PSS-portfolio is suggested to support the early planning during the innovation process. This paper discusses the various dimensions and their requirements which have to be taken into account to manage this challenge.
