Abstract:
Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) filters with high sidelobe suppression, steep passband skirts and small chip sizes are key components for channel selection in modern mobile communication systems. These filters are fabricated on highly stable quartz substrates with precise photolithographic techniques.
