3D-TLM Analysis of High-Temperatur Superconducting Coupled-Coplanar Waveguide
Abstract:
A microstrip transmission line structure on silicon substrate is field-theoretically investigated by means of a partial wave synthesis. Propagation parameters like effective permittivity, attenuation, and characteristic impedance are derived from the complete field solution considering line widths from 10 ÎŒm to 500 ÎŒm. Conductor and substrate attenuation are treated separately
