Dazu öffnet die Untersuchung das Forschungsfeld durch einen explorativen und hypothesengenerierende Zugang. Sie beschreibt den Ist-Zustand von Lehrer-Schüler-Kommunikation in quantitativer und qualitativer Hinsicht. Technical Discussions between teachers and students are one of the constitutive elements of classroom communication in a complex learning environment. They offer opportunities for students to expose and to discuss their learning path and their state of knowledge. Therefore the survey opens the field of research within an explorative and hypothesis-generating approach. For this purpose the research describes the current status of technical discussions in qualitative and quantitative regards. The empirical study is bond to a qualitative approach of research.
