20 Patienten mit kompletter Lippen-Kiefer-Gaumenspalte (15 einseitige sowie 5 doppelseitige) wurden nach Tertiärkorrekturen der Nase (14 offene und 6 geschlossene Rhinoplastiken) retrospektiv mittels Weichteilanalyse nachuntersucht. Der Vergleich der Ausgangsbefunde mit dem Operationsergebnis erfolgte durch direktes Vermessen sowie anhand der Auswertung prä- und postoperativer Photos. Die das Nasen- und Gesichtsprofil prägenden Winkel und Strecken wurden mit dem offenen Verfahren bzgl. der Parameter Nasolabial-, Nasofazial-, Nasomentalwinkel sowie bei Philtrum- und Columellalänge signifikant positiv beeinflußt. Durch die geschlossene Rhinoplastik änderte sich lediglich der Nasofrontalwinkel signifikant. Mit der offenen Methode konnten somit insgesamt deutlich bessere Ergebnisse erzielt werden.      «

20 patients with complete cleft lip-jaw-palate (15 unilateral and 5 bilateral) have been reviewed retrospectively after tertiary nose correction (14 open and 6 closed rhinoplasties). The comparison of starting-diagnosis with the postoperative result has been achieved by direct measurement and by analyis of pre- and postoperative patient photographs. The angles and lines, determinating the proportion of nose and face, were significantly positive influenced by the open technique concerning nasolabial-, nasofacial- and nasomental angle as well as the length of philtrum and columella. By closed rhinoplasty technique only the nasofrontal angle has been significantly changed. By open rhinoplasty technique finally better results have been achieved clearly.      «
