Abstract:
MRT Bildgebung zur Beurteilung der Knorpel am OSG ist schwierig. Wir entwarfen ein MRT kompatibles Traktionsgerät. Gelenkspaltweite, Abgrenzbarkeit der Knorpeloberflächen sowie globale Bildqualität wurden während und ohne Traktion miteinander verglichen. T2 Werte wurde erhoben. Translated abstract:
Cartilage evaluation at the ankle is difficult, as the opposing sides are very close. We therefore constructed a distraction tool for the ankle in an MRI. Joint space width, delineation of the cartilage and motion artifacts were rated. T2 Measures of the cartilages were performed. The measures were repeated 6 weeks after the initial measures to evaluate the reliability of the same. Traction significantly optimized the visualization of the cartilages and improved reliability.
