- Abstract:
- Today, more and more scientific applications in HPC consist of multiple components distributed among different systems. To design software for such systems, a combination of techniques is required. We propose a consolidation of a scalable query-driven method suitable to access simulation data at low cost; a request-based data exchange in parallel environments, which takes into account the network topology and the hardware resources; and a new component-based method for HPC applications.
