- Abstract:
- Eine neue Modifikation der Nesbit-Technik zur operativen Korrektur der Penisverkrümmung wird beschrieben. Anhand von 50 Patienten werden prä- und postoperativer Status mittels spezifischer Symptomen-Scores verglichen. Im Literaturvergleich ist die neue Technik den etablierten Modifikationen des Nesbit-Verfahrens mindestens ebenbürtig. Mögliche Vorteile der neuen Technik sind potentiell höhere Zugfestigkeit, Dichtigkeit und intraoperative Korrigierbarkeit.
- Translated abstract:
- A new modification of the Nesbit technique for surgical correction of penile curvature is described. On the basis of 50 patients pre- and postoperative status are compared by means of specific symptom scores. Compared to the literature, the new method is at least equal to the established modifications of the Nesbit procedure. Potential benefits of the new method are potentially higher tensile strength, tightness and intraoperative correctability.
