NOTES ist eine neue minimal invasive Operationstechnik, bei der der Zugang zum Operationsgebiet durch natürliche Körperöffnungen und Inzision des entsprechenden Hohlorgans erfolgt.
In der vorliegenden Dissertation wird der intraabdominelle Druck während einer NOTES-Peritoneoskopie von 12 mmHg (standard-pressure Pneumoperitoneum) auf 6 mmHg (low-pressure Pneumoperitoneum) halbiert und die Auswirkungen auf die Übersicht des Operateurs sowie auf hämodynamische und pulmonale Parameter untersucht.

NOTES is a new minimally invasive surgical technique. Therefore, an endoscope is passed through a natural orifice. The access to the target organ is created by an internal incision in the hollow organ. The investigation and surgery in the peritoneal cavity require a pneumoperitoneum.
This study investigated the quality of transgastric peritoneoscopy with the use of low-pressure versus standard-pressure pneumoperitoneum and evaluated the respective associated cardiopulmonary change.
