- In dieser Untersuchung soll mittels neuropsychologischer Tests die Auswirkung der Thrombendarteriektomie (TEA) auf kognitive Funktionen bei Patienten mit hochgradiger Karotisstenose beurteilt werden und die Wertigkeit von ischämischen Läsionen in der diffusionsgewichteten Magnetresonanztomographie (DWI) für eine postoperative kognitive Verschlechterung erfasst werden.
