Die vertragliche Vereinbarung der damit verbundenen Leistungsbeziehungen stellt für traditionelle Investitionsgüterhersteller eine erhebliche Herausforderung dar. Das Vertragsmanagement ist konfrontiert mit einer hohen Unsicherheit in Bezug auf die Anbahnung, Vereinbarung und die Durchführung von komplexen Verträgen. Das Forschungsziel ist die Untersuchung von Rahmenbedingungen, Anforderungen und Lösungsansätzen für das Vertragsmanagement in der spezifischen Transaktionsumgebung von Betreibermodellen aus Anbieterperspektive. Es werden Implikationen für die Organisationsgestaltung untersucht und Organisationskonzepte aufgezeigt, welche zum effizienten Management von Verträgen beitragen. Als Effizienzkriterium zur Bewertung organisatorischer Instrumente werden transaktionskostentheoretische Ansätze herangezogen.     «

Operator Models („Betreibermodelle“) are complex bundels of products and services. The contracting of such interorganisational relationships is a remarkable challenge for traditional suppliers of industrial goods. The contract management is faced with considerable uncertainties with respect to the acquisition, agreement and execution of complex contracts. The research objective is the analysis of frame conditions, requirements and solution approaches for the contract management within the specific transaction environment of operator models from the supplier’s perspective. Implications for the organisational design are analysed and organizational concepts are elaborated which contribute to an efficient contract management. Insights from the transaction cost theory are applied to verify the effectiveness of organizational concepts.     «
