Abstract:: Wilms tumor, or nephroblastoma, is the most common malignant tumor of the urinary tract in children, but is rarely found in adults. Here, we report the first case of a female patient with a Wilms tumor, diagnosed during pregnancy, who underwent radical nephrectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy before and after delivering a healthy child. Generally, treatment should follow the guidelines established for the pediatric setting.
