Abstract:
In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde die Assoziation des Thr312Ala-Polymorphismus im Fibrinogen-α-Gen sowie des Arg448Lys- und -148C/T-Polymorphismus im Fibrinogen-β-Gen mit dem Myokardinfarkt (MI) untersucht. Die Verteilung der Genotypen und Allelkombinationen zwischen der Patienten- und Kontrollgruppe ergab keinen signifikanten Unterschied. Dieser Befund lässt den Schluss zu, dass zwischen den Fibrinogen-Polymorphismen und dem MI keine Assotiation besteht.

This study provides an analysis of the association of the Thr321Ala polymorphism in the fibrinogen-α-gene and of the Arg448Lys and -148C/T polymorphisms in the fibrinogen-β-gene with myocardial infarction (MI). The distribution of genotypes and allel combinations between the patients and the control group showed no significant differences. This finding allows for concluding that there is no association between fibrinogen polymorphisms and MI.
