- Die instabile laterale Klavikulafraktur ist eine Domäne der operativen Therapie. Durch eingebrachtes Osteosynthesematerial kommt es häufig zu Irritationen und Einschränkungen im Alltag. Es wurde neben der funktionellen Ergebnisse und des return to sports ein Vergleich zweier Operationstechniken an 56 Patienten durchgeführt. - Operative management is routinely used for the treatment of unstable lateral clavicle fractures. Irritation and restriction of range of motion are commonly encountered due to implanted materials. Functional results and the return to sports rate were investigated in this study on 56 patients. Besides a comparison of two used operative techniques was carried out.
