- Abstract:
- Ein erhöhter sFlt-1/PlGF Quotient bei Zwillingsschwangerschaften ist assoziiert mit einer pränatalen s-FGR sowie einer postnatalen SGA Situation. Hinsichtlich anderer adverser Outcome-Parameter (RDS, Intubation, Aufnahme auf die neonatologische Intensivstation, Nabelschnur pH < 7,10) ergab sich keine signifikante Assoziation des sFlt-1/PlGF Quotienten. Das verbleibende Zeitintervall bis zur Entbindung zeigte eine negative Korrelation zum sFlt-1/PlGF Quotienten.

- An elevated sFlt-1/PlGF ratio in twin pregnancies with suspected preeclampsia is associated with prenatal s-FGR and postnatal SGA. Other adverse outcome parameters (RDS, intubation, admission to the neonatal intensive care unit and arterial umbilical cord pH value < 7,10) are not significantly associated with an elevated sFlt-1/PlGF ratio. Mean time until delivery is significantly negative correlated with the sFlt-1/PlGF ratio.
