- Abstract:
- Die PSMA-basierte PET, multiparametrische MRT und 68Gallium-PSMA-HBED-CC-PET/mpMRT wurden bezüglich der diagnostischen Genauigkeit zur Lokalisation des Prostatakarzinoms verglichen. Dafür wurden 53 Patienten mit biopsiegesichertem Prostatakarzinom vor geplanter radikaler Prostatektomie einer kombinierten 68Gallium-PSMA-HBED-CC-PET/mpMRT unterzogen. Die PET/mpMRT erhöht die Lokalisationsgenauigkeit des Prostatakarzinoms und zeigt sich gegenüber der mpMRT und der PET sensitiver und spezifischer.
- Translated abstract:
- The PSMA-based PET, the multiparametric MRI and the 68Gallium-PSMA-HBED-CC-PET/mpMRI were compared in terms of diagnostic accuracy of localization of prostate cancer. For this 53 patients with biopsy-proven prostate cancer got simultaneous 68Ga-PSMA-HBED-CC-PET/MRI before they got radical prostatectomy. The 68Ga-PSMA-HBED-CC-PET/mpMRI increases the localization accuracy of cancer and is more sensitive and more specific compared to mpMRI and PET.
