- Hauptkriterium war die intraoperative Übertragung eines mikrovaskulären Transplantats im Kopf-Halsbereich. 648 Patientenakten der MKG des Klinikums rechts der Isar wurden untersucht. Eine Inzidenzrate von 18,8% für PPCs konnte ermittelt werden. Präoperative Risikofaktoren sind fortgeschrittenes Alter, Alkohol- und Nikotinkonsum,BMI > 30, ASA-Status > 2, sowie eine präexistente pulmonale Erkrankung. - Data of 648 subjects were analyzed. 18,8% of all patients developed PPCs. Preoperative risk factors were advanced age, smoking, alcohol abuse, a body mass index > 30, ASA grade higher than II and preexistent pulmonary diseases. Among the investigated intra- and postoperative variables, the length of the operation, the amount of fluid administration and blood transfusions as well as an impaired intraoperative oxygenation index were found to be associated with the development of PPCs.
