- Our goal was to test out a new flow cytometric method for the detection of antibodies to Borrelia and to compare these results with those of the established methods. For our study we analysed 101 sera from patients, who were examined at the Department of Dermatology and Allergy Biederstein either with suspicion of a Borrelia infection or in order to exclude one. These sera were analysed using the standard Immunoblot method and the new flow cytometric method.

- Ziel dieser Arbeit war es eine neue durchflusszytometrische Methode zum Nachweis von Borrelienantikörpern zu testen und diese Ergebnisse mit denen der etablierten Methoden zu vergleichen. Für unsere Studie haben wir 101 Seren von Patienten, die mit Verdacht auf eine oder zum Ausschluss einer Borrelieninfektion an der Klinik für Dermatologie und Allergologie am Biederstein untersucht wurden.
