Abstract:: We describe a case of a rapidly progressive, sporadic, non-von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease associated supratentorial capillary haemangioblastoma. Despite the classical histopathological presentation consisting of stromal cells and abundant capillaries, the tumour showed an unfavourable clinical course.
